Since when do you use Visual Tourism?
Since the year 2000.

How did you learn about the software program Visual Tourism?
I was informed by Lucien Salemi, the CEO of the company LS Visual, who gave me a convincing demonstration.

What was the main reason of your choice?
It is the only CRM software with both a Mid & Back Office management integrated. It is not sufficient to just add a mailing function to a backoffice software and call it a CRM as some companies pretend.

Why did you change your system?
The software we were using at the time was not very easy to use, not to say difficult and heavy. Furthermore, the technical assistance and hotline were practically non-existant.

How did the installation of Visual Tourism work?
A technician came and istalled the system on my computer, we had a very thorough training and the proof of its efficiency is that I hardly ever have to use the hotline.

Could you describe the main assets of the software Visual Tourism to us?
In my opinion, the strong points are the following: easy to use, perfect security, swiftness of the data processed, and a maintenance that is always available and the software itself is regularly updated.

Have you noticed an increase in profits thanks to Visual Tourism?
It is very difficult to tell since the last two years have been difficult in our business in Europe. We have still not used all the functions that are available, like mailings, clients feedback, CRM etc.We are using mostly our client and prospect base in a very succinct way but it certainly has helped keeping our current clients which is already very important. On the other hand we certainly have a more efficient way of working thanks to Visual Tourism which helps us getting rid of many tedious tasks because now they are automatic.
Without Visual Tourism, lthese last few years would have been much more difficult to survive.
I think that any Travel Agency should at least have Visual TourismVIP™.

Aiming for a 5 to 20% return, the company also counts on the personalised service of mobile phones to achieve this campaign succesfully. According to Visual Tourism, the SMS messages allow a higher personalisation degree as opposed to traditional mailings. The company has already signed contracts with the three main French operators (SFR, Orange & Bouygues Télécom) and will propose this offer at the beginning of next year.."
